How appointment data is used

DocVerb Appointment processes the minimum patient identity and scheduling information required to create and manage an appointment. Name, age, gender and a verified phone number are required.

What is shared

The selected doctor and clinic receive the appointment record and the patient snapshot required to prepare for the visit. Clinical information remains within the connected DocVerb clinical workflow.

Your choices

Communication consent can be changed in your profile. Contact support for access or correction requests.

Security

Passwords are cryptographically hashed, access is session-bound, and appointment access is restricted to the signed-in patient.
